My name is Cody Dougless. I’m married to Keri Dougless, and we have 5 incredible kids. I’ve been at the Bridge for just over 11 years. For me, Carthage is home. I love this town, and am glad to be apart of it. I also co-host a podcast called The Drew and Cody Show Podcast. What started out as a way to stay connected during COVID lockdowns has turned into a feature about the town of Carthage. My goals in ministry is to first serve God, and fulfill a calling. Second is to not just help create a friendly church, but a place for people to find/be friends. Friends who engage in discipleship with one another. Helping one another become a clearer reflection of Christ.

I serve in youth ministry because I believe that there is nothing more significant I can do with my time than invest in the lives of students. My goal for the students at The Bridge is to show them who Jesus really is and that he is better than anything else the world has to offer. The road through adolescence may be rough, but it doesn’t have to be lonely.”
Trevor and his wife, Courtney, have been married for three years. You can catch them around town riding bikes, playing pickle ball, drinking coffee, or cheering on the Chiefs!

Jude has been leading worship, mentoring and ministering at theBridge since 2000 and on staff since 2006. Each week he and the worship team strive to lead an impactful and meaning worship experience with the Living God.

Judy came to theBridge 6 years ago and leads our Children's Ministry with creativity and excitement. Judy continues to strive to communicate the love of Christ and the power He holds in the lives of her students.
